Healing for Yakman

    [​IMG] In my run through Watcher's Keep this second time, I got the option to heal Yakman (brought on by dialogue). I don't remember this option in my last game, perhaps it is because I am a DC R/C this time, and I have heal spells. So anyway, I cast full heal on him and we cured him of his madness, getting 5000 quest exp. each. Not bad for healing someone, hey every little bit of exp. helps.

    hey i never got an option like that :( tho i've heard something like that so i tried talking to him with aerie/jaheria/viconia but couldn't heal him hrmmh. Not for the xp but he was so pathetic and i couldn't help feeling sorry for him :)

    I think you also need to have a high charisma to get that option, though I'm not positive.

    I believe you have to have the spell "HEAL", Have charisma 16 or higher and (Perhaps OR) be of at least partly elven descent. I think i read that somewherer.

    I'm not sure if you have to have a high cha or not, but it does have to be a cleric talking to Yakman. When last I spoke to him with my main, there was no mention of it, but when I spoke to him with Viconia, the topic of magically healing him came up, I think. Details can be found in DSimpson's FAQ.
