How to change appearance in Win XP

    Remove all ads!
    Specifically, I want to change all the bars (like the one on the bottom of the screen right next to the start menu)from being blue, into something else. Is there any programs that allow you to use a custom design or something? I know that you can change the colour of it, but I want a little more than that.

    WindowBlinds free trial does everything you want.

    Astonshell requires a bit more skill, you have to pay for it, but it's far faster and more powerful.

    On a related issue:
    I tried another program a couple of days ago,from the same company that was in your link. The program is called Bootskin, and it lets you change the loading screen when you start your computer.
    Mine is usually just black (thanks to Kitrax's guide), but since I'm making my computer "Fallouty", I wanted to change the boot skin to the loading screen from Fallout. However, it doesn't seem to work, it just blurs the screen up. I've searched for a solution on google, but to no avail. Does anyone have a clue about what to do? Perhaps there is another program?

    I found a free software from Alienware that changes the appearance of Windows XP. I don't remember which one I use but my windows xp is black and red and all my friends love the look.
