Human flesh armor?

    I have the note from the tanners, have the human flesh, and the silver dragon blood. But Fael isn't there!

    Fael? I assume he's the guy who tells you about the silver dragon blood in the first place, right? He should be there...just wait until day time. He is wearing leather armor and wielding a War Hammer +1 I think...

    Perhaps you should go back to the Bridge District and finish the quest if it's not completed. But then again, you have the Human Flesh.

    I'm pretty positive you don't have to do the Trademeet but you do have to finish the quest in the bridge district(telling who the murderor was and all that to the proper authorities)
