    Possible minor spoiler:

    There is this druid in the city core who asks you to release the animals in the zoo. You could convince him and get a better reward for completing the job. I always got some Ironwood.

    You need some skills in Diplomacy to be able to do the job, if your not a druid or ranger yourself.
    And you would need diplomacy to get the extra reward.

    The Prison commander used to drop a piece of Ironwood, until BioWare decided that it made players to powerful.
