Is a bow a two-handed weapon??

    [​IMG] I add 2 points to the two-handed weapon,but I see it does NOTHING to the bow.Why??sb help me...
     
  2. Twohanded weapon proficiency only works with hand to hand weapons, like two handed swords and quarterstaffs, so the proficiency points will only improve weapons like these, not bows.

    You want to place your profs on bows if you want to start shooting arrows into the battle before they even have a chance at doing any damage to your party.

    Composite Long Bow is the way to go if you're going to be doing any of that as it uses your strength bonuses when you strike with an arrow. Well, it does this in Pen and Paper so I would assume it does this in BG2.
