i know there's a mod out there that changes the summoned weapons to weightless ( some of them were never fixed to have 0 weight, so more of a fix then a change)
so it should be possible to do for regular items too, but i don't know how exactly. i don't think EEkeeper allows you to edit individual items though.

Maybe a better way is to get ones that return to your hand after throwing ? should be less weight to carry around 1 of those then a stack of regular ones.
    there's 2 easily available fairly early :

Hangard's Axe (+2 +2 Thac0) Find the party that tries to charge you 1000gp to pass in the topleft of the sewers, refuse and defeat them in battle - one of them drops this.
Completely free but might be a bit of a tough battle without cheesing. having only your mage nearby, using cloudkill just outside their vision range + invisibility before/just as it hits should do the trick though.

Azuredge (+3, +4 vs undead, undead must save roll or be destroyed - but can only be used by good alignment characters) is for sale from Bernard at the copper coronet after you free the slaves. Great vs liches/kangaxx too, though a bit pricy to buy early on perhaps, also not an option if you're neutral/evil aligned.

Best one is in ToB, if you save the smugglers from the monks in amkethran, you can buy K'logarath (+4 target must save vs. death or be knocked down and take 2D6 extra damage)
