Item upgrade mod question

    Right, so everything else I've tried to create on the list in this mod has been successful, but I tried to create the combination dagger "Quietus +4" which lists the elements as Pixie Prick +3, Bone Blade +4, 4 potions of Master Thievery and 15,000gp and it wont work. I have everything required but the option to do it doesn't appear in dialogue with Cromwell. Anyone encounter this prob before or know the solution? Uh, unless there's ANOTHER Bone Blade out there that the mod needs. I'm pretty sure Pixie Prick is a unique item though just from the name.

    It appeared to me as soon as I had the pixie prick (which I got before the others) and maybe some potions. Did you cheat?
