Anyone does it? I know it's fairly popular here in Québec, there this one I will go in August 2,000 players! More than a 1000 warriors on an open conflict!

Anyway As much as I want to discuss this hobby with people I made this topic primaly because I seek help to create my «character».

Basicly the story goes as such: There's the Empire (Who's loosely base on the SPQR, only without a council only a Princept ) and the Rebellion (Loosely based on the Barbarian invasion of Europe at the downfall of Rome). These two factions are battling over territory and ressources. The Elves (this IS a fantasy LARP :p ) are mostly aligned with the Empire while the dwarves are more with the Rebbelion (Because they say, «If elves like it, it must be wrong :shake: Xenophobic freak...). None of the faction is «good» or «evil» they just has different opinion on power. The Empire obviously want a strong unified empire with a strong central power, while the Rebbelion favours a more independant nation alliance stuff, thingy... There is also the independant Dark Elves who just want to make trouble for the surface dweller. Two other faction play a major role, the Christian and the Pagan, while these religions are not speceficely aligned with a faction, most of the Christians are on the Empire and the pagan with the Rebbelion. Though it is by no mean always like that, there is also a rather small Elven Christian group :D .

I think my char would be a Christian who follow the empire. But beside that I've no real thought on personality, any suggestions is welcome. Also I wanted to know if the sentence PRO DEO GLORIA PERPETVA is correct grammar-wise.

You can also discuss LARP in general in this topic so you know :)
