    Why would it be a bad thing if you let her have the throne? Unless you want it I see no reason for the end game? :confused::confused:

    Well, considering she is gathering up all of Bhaal's essence to take the throne and you happen to have just gotten yours back, and you know what happens to you in the long run if you lose it, it's sort of a survival issue, whether or not you want the godhood.

    Plus, you know, end game for the win and all of that. :p

    But the solar asks you if you want the throne or if you want to keep your mortal life. So you know you can lose your divine essence without dieing. Granted you don't find out until after you beat Melissan but It's still an option.
    And yes it's definitely an end game thing and all :tobattle:

    If you don't beat Melissan, you don't have that option, as she grabs your divine essence for herself. In the ending, if you have all of it, you can give all of it up. Not quite the same thing.

    I think at this point the Bhallspawn is probably just weary of all these enemies and battles and just wants to see it through to the end. At least that's how I rp'd it.

    Honestly, there's no real reason, but her first act as a goddess would be to kill you anyway, so it's not really worth considering.
