Little quests and things that you "always forget"

Torment is a pretty intensive game, with tons of little sidequests and things to discover. What are some of these little sidequests that you always seem to pass over or forget?

For me, it's *spoiler*

1) I can get into Pharod's Vault, but never seem to nab all the goods from there.
2) I always forget (grr...) to remove the scent from Vivian's veil before giving it back to Marissa. Ah well.

 

I don't recall there being a whole lot in Pharod's vault.

I always never make it through the Rubiko maze to the wizard cause I could never find him.

 

I never took Vhailor. Ok, I did it once, and when he became beserk against Trias, I've - reloaded.

 

i always forget to go to the underground area that can be accessed from the Clerk's Ward (maybe Lower, can't remember exactly).

 

I've never, not once been able to join either the Anarchists or remembered to join the Barking-Dogs-Wilders, or whatever it is they're called. I also always forget to learn about the First Incarnation at the end or get the Mark of Torment.

 

Sometimes I forget to grab the bronze sphere in my haste to get to the Fortress of Regrets.

 

Sometimes i start a simple quest in the hive and forget to finish it once i have gotten the item i needed buuut after many MANY times through i have remedied that problem.
