Lost Deekin!

    Hi guys. Thanks to everyone who has been helping me with my ranger. I wanted to open up a new problem though. While in Undrentide I was progressing through the Great Library and while modifying books I think I left Deekin in a bad place. Just didn't have healing to get him up and going. Anyway, went back to find him and i can't. Is there any way to locate him with any degree of efficiency or should I resign myself to being without a henchman for the remainder? Thanks.

    I'd guess that he's likely made his way back to wherever the available henchmen hang out waiting for you to notice them. I can't recall where that is off the top of my head, but there should be some place like that.

    Well at the beginning of the chapter he was in the Asabi camp and I healed him and he joined me. He's not there now though. Been there several times.

    Did he die in the fight with either, a) the evil priestesses (in the first part of the book) or b) the succubusses that are tormenting the wizard?

    If he died in either of those sections, and you then *rewrote* those chapters of the book, I'm afraid you won't be seeing Deekin again. You wrote him out, and can't get access to the original "book" areas again.

    Don't worry about it though, he's really Jar Jar Binks and you did the world a favor by erasing him.

    He died with the priestesses. Oh well. That stinks. I guess my trusty bear animal companion will have to suffice.
