    So, I am currently watching Lost - I have seen till the chapter 16 of the first season - and I am finding it amazing. Not only the whole island and it's misteriousness is engaging anf greatly done, but the characters also possess psychological deepth - developed through the flash backs - which I find to be quite rare in this kind of entertainment vehicle.
    So, any thoughts? No spoilers of course.

    I'm only into the first few episodes myself, but I hear ya - very well done show, and I can see how some of my good friends are addicted to it. I think I may rent all of season 1 on DVD the next time I have a free weekend.

    Why?


    I don't watch lost. I dislike series like this (along with 24, etc.) that rely on the "what's going to happen next" factor because once I start watching, I wont be able to stop. Saw a couple of episodes though, and it looks cool.

    That said though, I stick to stuff like House and CSI because they wrap it up every episode, but, in the case of House, the character interaction is hilarious.

    I'm with Enagonios on this one... House is great, Lost is not. Lost is just, I don't know... boring, methinks. I've seen some, and I don't like it. Although, I do like Michelle Rodriguez... :p

    I'm currently on episode 14 season 2. Normally I don't like TV series, especially not american...., but I really like Lost for some reason. Kinda difficult to explain why :/

    Michelle Rodriguez? Don't know any of the actress who look like they could be called like that. Is she from the second season? I am almost finished with the first season. Episode 22.

    I could never get into Lost. The idea sounded intriguing but I got, well, lost, after missing an episode or two here and there, so I gave up.

    I am done with the first season. Pretty cool. Now I will start the second one.
    By the way, now I know who you mean by Michelle Rodriguez, but man, is she ugly!

    She really won me over when she was in "SWAT." She's not the prettiest girl on earth, I agree - but she has this gritty, street-tough, "I'll feed you your nuts if you mess with me" kind of quality to her that, in certain girls, is really, really hot.

    She's one of them. :yum:

    She always plays a great evil character as well, which she hasn't really had a chance to demonstrate until now.

    Lost is pretty damned good. I'll echo Tal in that the slow pace is starting to grate, but still, it's a wonderful show.

    Er, I'm only on ep. 12 or so of season 2, but evil? Not really.
