Yet another of my self explaining subjects.
Me big ugly archer fighter use largswords and bows. How bout you?

Right now I am playing a human fighter with high mastery in large swords & specialisation in bows.
And since I have to study a lot at the moment it will take me a serious amount of time to get him all the way through ToB.

 

I like to play figher/thief class in BG1. With the boots of speed and the vulnerability of opponents to missile fire, he can solo with no trouble. Well his only trouble is holding all of his loot.

 

i doubled my fighter to a mage at lvl 5 to a illusionist, it still reached lvl 7 and got the lvl 4 spells, that and the amulet of metaspell and ring of wizardry gave her more than enough spells, and with 56 hp he also does well in melee
oh and her stats are

Please tell me that you cheeted to get those scoors and didn't reroll for hours.

 

I started a Bard yesterday...Want to bring him through BG1, BG2 and ToB.

I rolled 5 or 6 times only and got this (a miracle):

18

for a nice total of 95 points !!!!
I'm not use to have that kind of score 'cause i only roll 5 to 10 times before playing my character....

When I will be in BG2 (after BG1 tomes) He'll be: 19 19 16 19 11 19

i reroled for to minutes just like i alwase do and then i take the one stored it works out well

 

Normally my atats sience I play as a fighter look something like this

wis 8
int 3
chr 10

Can you tell where I drain points from

Right now i'm playing through as a ranger and have started him off in BG2, styling him as an archer and took the stalker kit for the idea of the stealth party with nice backstabbing damage . and with a strength of 19 even with the reduced backstabbing mutliplier he still hurts when he hits

Great idea...
Everybody that have played a ranger in BG1 imported it in BG2 as an Archer kit.
Stalker is a great kit.
And with a strenght=19 it'll be no problem to fight after his backstabb is done...

Don't forget that you'll have acces to haste, protection from noraml missile and minor spell turning at level 12 !!!

Interesting. For all of you who play rangers in BG1 what was your favored enimy.

 

My choices are:

In BG1:
racial ennemy = ogre

Once imported in BG2:
racial ennemy = vampire

I choose Ogre too!

 

i started with the hobgoblins and now i'm hunting illithids, just because of and character i had in the Night Below Underdark campaign . Gotta love those flashbacks hehehehe

 

the charecters that i create like that are either true neutral as good as possible or as evil as possible, that way it is easy to tell wich robe i need to buy
