[IMG] I have been in the Wyvern's nest multiple times trying to beat the stupid things without losing anyone. Finally, I switched some objects, potions and quick spells and went back in. Unfortunately, now everytime I kill one of the adult wyverns, my game crashes to the desktop and the last time it gave me a windows OD error. Anyone had this trouble? I tried reinstalling the patch but that didn't help. Do I need to reinstall the whole game? Thanks ahead of time for any help.

I would certainly try uninstalling and then install the game again with a fresh patch. It sounds as if your hard drive has hit a bad sector.

Remember to make backup of your save games. and your overwrite folder. I cannot remember if BG uninstaller allows you to do this.

The Uninstaller won't remove anything in the override folder, nor will it remove anything in the save games folder.

You might have a bad file in your cache. I'd see if clearing your game cache fixes it before reinstalling. To do that, quit the game, then delete everything in the cache folder in your game's installation directory. Then restart. I have also occasionally encountered problems with corrupted saved game files. Have you tried reloading a different saved game?
