    [IMG] Hello.
I tried to play Region of Terror mod, but something went wrong. When mod-added location (Westchar) had to appear on the global map, it didn't. I found an advice on Spellhold studios forum - installing WorldMap mod 6.6.1. However I ran into trouble again. I followed instructions of readme, but mod just did not install - setup had aborted and does not start again, shows me windows error - cannot find <smth> specified. Two files appeared in game folder after that, and here they are:

    1. weidu.lock
(only one line in it - F:bad:Baldur's Gate II Throne of Bhaal\Setup-BP-BGT-Worldmap.exe)

    2. SETUP-BP-BGT-WORLDMAP.DEBUG

F:bad:Baldur's Gate II Throne of Bhaal\Setup-BP-BGT-Worldmap.exe
    {Setup-Ascension.exe} Queried (pid = 160) version = 20200 query done.
Newest WeiDU is version 20200, updating!
    WeiDU files in version order:
    [Setup-Yasraena.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-Underrep.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-Tactics.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-RoT.exe] version 20200
    [setup-refinements.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-ItemUpgrade.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-GUI.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-Ease.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-BDToBv165.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-Ascension.exe] version 20200
    [Setup-BP-BGT-Worldmap.exe] version 200
    [Setup-Yasraena.exe] loaded, 448000 bytes
    Copying [Setup-Yasraena.exe] -> [Setup-BP-BGT-Worldmap.exe]: false

    And this is weidu.log

    So, I have 2 questions.
1 - Is there another way to make Region of Terror work?
2 - if not, what should I do with WorldMap?

Shouldn't you go to Spellhold Studios and ask questions? After all the mod is hosted there.

    1. If you can find the area code for the new icon that is supposed to be added you could use the Console to get there ("CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("*")" where * is the area code). Given the size of the mod and indeed your installation this might prove difficult using, say Infinity Explorer.

I'd usually recommend re-downloading the mod, but at 330mb it might be a bit large. You might be able to catch the mod's author in the Spellhold Studio's Region of Terror forum

    2. You'd probably be better off asking Spellhold Studios or one of the other modding forums (Sorcerer's Place is more of a gaming community than a modding one).

BTW, good work posting all the relevant information!
