No, requirements for NWN won't be that high.

Did you get a good price on it? If you did could you tell me where you bought it, cause I'm in the market for a new computer myself...

Very Nice...hope you got it at a good price.

I'm trying to save up to by myself a sweet Alienware...but this isn't about me.

The requirements for NWN are quite low, just like Headbanger said. You do need a good graphic card though (32 MB minumun, but who doesn't have that these days), because NWN runs like most of the Bioware games for the biggest part on the graphic card and not on the processor. 266 Mhz would probably be enough.

Congrats on your new PC, by the way (I almost forgot).

    Thanks all!

    *Waiting*....

Someone here said "only 256mb ram", and my answer is my friend who has 512, and he wonders what the heck he's doing with the 300 he always has free :). I can always throw in a 512mb thing later, but right now I'll save the money for some games...

And the price: Almost 9000 NOK, or about 1000 USD, almost 700 Brittish pounds or 1100 € (found this cool money calculator and wanted to use the € sign for the first time :)).

Yes I bought it on the internet. Yes, computer stuff is probably way more expensive in Norway than other countries. Doubt I will find it much cheaper anywhere in this country of taxes.

Do You pay more than us danes? (average 55%) Why do You pay so much in tax, when Norway is rich on oil? Is the state cheating You? Poor Mollusken :p

Sure we have all this oil and lots of money from selling it, but noooo we can't use it to lower taxes and such, we have to save it for worse times...

This may make sense, but I will probably not be alive when they decide to start using it, so I say blow it all NOW!!

Mollusken: what net store did you order it from?

www.komplett.no is the place where I bought it. The DVD player was kind of expensive, but along with it comes Baldur's Gate and Star Wars :). And they sat up the price of the tower the day before I ordered .
