microsoft word 2000 installation number please...

    i rebooted my comp, now i need to reinstall microsoft word 2000, it was on my comp when i got it, i didnt get the cd case,w heni want to install i have to enter a 25 digit number, it says it is ont he back of the cd jewel case on a yellow sticker, can anyone please give their number?
    i have tried random combinations but to no avail, please help!

    where should i ask then?
    i really need it cuz all my school work is in wor2000 and it needs to be handed in by tuesday, all my it stuff etc needs to be handed in on wednesday so i can get my grade 8, if i dotn hand it in then i will get grade 6 and that would be shit, i really need help, please?

    Can't help with the number but you might be able to solve the problem of accessing the school work stuff. If you go to Microsoft's home page and ferret around, they have a program called 'Word Viewer'. You can download that for free and use it to open and print off any word files. At least that way you can print off what you've done for school.

    Alternatively, you could look for some shareware type wordprocesser or look at the PC magazines to see if any are giving away older versions of things like Wordperfect. Most of these will open word files although you'll probably need to do a bit of tidying up.
