Missing machinery!

    Remove all ads!
    I am unable to go any further in my game!I am at the severed hand dungeon and i need 4 pieces of machinery. I could only get three so i looked at a walkthrough only to find i have done everything i need and looted all the containers but i still dont have it!I have both patches installed and am playing on the boxset version.Any help would be much appreciated as i dont want to restart my whole game!
