    Hey people,

I'm an BG1&2 veteran who, after a few years of not playing the game, wants to replay the 'triology', this time with as much added content as possible without having to suffer bugs or crashes. I was wondering if you guys might suggest a modlist given my profile (preferably with the order as well).

I'm not really looking to add difficulty to the game, but more content (preferably quests and storylines). I'm also looking to scratch the xp cap.

Any order/mods you can recommend, I know there are projects like 'the big world' and such, but I'd rather have some personal combinations of people that know they work together (I want to avoid bugs). I know I've tried a couple of mods before but at the endgame they completely screwed me up (I think maybe Ascension did this, but not sure). I would like to try a lot of added content added (and as much content in one install as I don't plan on replaying after), but I don't want my game to crash (hence the personal preference/experience question).

    Thanks a lot!
    T

Ascension is stable, at least with my game.
It's the only story mod I tested thoroughly and I like it.

The maintainer of Big World Project have an own forum where you can look
for help on compatabilities and so on.

My preference is, not to amass the mods.
There is a saying, too many cooks spoil the broth.

Story mods I find interesting and that I plan to test one day (I usually like my games clean ^^):
The Xan NPC mod (I liked him in BG1)
and Tortured Souls (I like Yoshimo and this mod adds a lot to him and creates new possibilities).
