Monsters of Mican - Major UI Overhaul

    Major UI Overhaul

    Plus a few more additions and fixes

    It's been a while!

    The vast majority of the game's UI elements have now been significantly upgraded. Changes include:
    • Most text UI elements now have a scroll backing, including the status bar, the interaction window, conversation boxes, notice windows and more
    • Decorative buttons! Almost every button has now been unified to one decorative button type.
    • Button color gems. In the interaction window, these gems will now replace the previous icons that would show up when using the Precognition ability. Green = good, red = bad, yellow = mixed.
    • Character portraits have been significantly changed. Character portraits now include colored crystal indicators showing which character is active (green), which characters are available (white) and which characters are killed (black) or otherwise unavailable [i.e. stunned or unconscious] (red).
    • Character name scrolls- the portraits also include scrolls containing the character's name.
    • Individual active effect icons- below the portraits is now a bar that will show icons of currently active individual effects, including Defend, Barrier, Blood Frenzy, Magic Mirror, Smokescreen and Protector.
    Other changes:
    • A short text introduction before the prologue starts
    • Added several new enemy traits, including Weakener, Defiant and Mass Attacker.
    • Fixed a few audio glitches in the Mutono boss level.
    • Fixed a few other minor bugs and typos
