    Chirra was a slave in Vvardenfell who was freed by the Nerevarine. She went to Cyrodiil rather than returning to Elsweyr. She joined the Thieves Guild but somehow found herself working as an agent for the Blades.

    When rumors arose of problems in Vvardenfell the Blades sent her back there.

    Brief History:
    A Lawman in Telvanni, Lander is skilled in magic but has never advanced further in the leadership of the Great House (mostly because killing a Mouth would be more trouble then it's worth). He has never really cared for the backstabing of the house politics, insted using the power and money he already had to collect magical artifacts and items. Currently he is on leave from his duties in the House, as he wished to investigate rumors of problems in the westen cities (and to see if there could be any gain in helping stop them).

    [HISTORY]

    Like most of Tamriel's Altmer, Astarel grew up on Summurset Isle, specifically the city of Shimmerene. She might have been a good student, except that she could never be bothered to apply herself, spending more evading her tutors to romp outside than to learn the complex magics the High Elves prize; she excelled at those that required strength of will instead of disciplined effort, causing many to lament about wasted potential.

    She also asked lots of questions.

    The Altmer race prides itself on being the only "pure" descendant of the Ayleid elves severed from the aetherial planes at the creation of the world; tradition was emphasised as the thing which made their culture superior from the lesser peoples, but Astarel persisted in asking why things must be so. There was no malice in it, and she was sure that if her Elders' wisdom indicated these ways were best then they probably had a reason, she just wanted to know what the reason was.

    Between her insistence in pursuing her own interests and her demand that everything in the living universe around her must be explained, from how butterflies fly to the foundations of millenia-old customs, she was informed that she should see for herself why the old ways were best and politely but firmly invited to leave Summurset Isle at the human equivalent of fifteen years of age. Ecstatic if slightly disoriented, Astarel was on the first boat to the mainland.

    Another Altmer more attached to the traditional ways of her people might have felt this kindly, if conservative, exile more keenly. However, her extreme youth served her well in offering her a more open-minded perspective and an inexhaustible enthusiasm for exploration, ensuring that the isolation which might have dented the optimism of a different person never lasted long for Astarel.

    She made her way across the provinces of Tamriel thereafter, consistently studying magery due to a feeling that, of all the arts and sciences known to the civilised races, it was probably the closest to explaining the universe's infinite variety in its fullest - and asking many, many questions. This eventually led her to join the Imperial Mages' Guild as an Apprentice, and after her restless curiosity led her across much of Tamriel, Astarel eventually found herself in Vvardenfell on a Guild errand in order to be inducted as a full member.

    If you meet her, she will likely tilt her head at you, stare at you with wide eyes through a shock of pale hair, and start asking you questions.

    Aurianne was diagnosed with involuntary memory dissociation at age 16. This was right around the time her brother, Manilian, was arrested for theft and murder, and sentenced to be sold at the slave market in Tel Aruhn. Since then, she has been unable to retrieve distressing memories, which has left her with what some might call a disturbingly cheery personality.

    Once diagnosed, Aurianne was taken in by the Blades, who molded her disease to their ends, making her able to obey orders even if she couldn't recall the memory. After all, what could be better for a spy or assassin than someone who *couldn't* remember their mission?

    While in the Blades, Aurianne met an ex-slave Khajiit by the name of Chirra. While chatting her up, Aurianne mentioned that her brother Manilian was "working construction" in Tel Aruhn, and Chirra recognized the name. Knowing that Manilian was actually a slave, Chirra began to probe, and gradually found out about Aurianne's malady. The two have been friends since.

    For her cover, the Blades set Aurianne up with an order of monks called the Order of the Blade. The Order was made up of monks from other orders who came to realize that sometimes you just need a weapon as a backup, so in addition to the martial arts, they also train themselves to use long steel blades (hence their name).

    Physically, Aurianne is on the slight side, with short-cropped auburn hair and a smile that never vanishes, even in combat. Wielding a katana in her right hand, wearing Dwemer armor (of which she considers herself a collector) on her left arm, and smiling all the while, she can be a rather eerie sight.

    Appearance~ Publumwe is average height for a High Elf, meaning that he stands a few inches taller than most Dunmer and Men. His eyes are the clear blue of ice silhouetted by the rising sun. They burn penetratingly from beneath his slim eyebrows. His fine, straight hair hangs past his shoulders in a curtain of mahogany threads. His nose is straight and thin, in accordance with his lips. He is thin, and he is not very muscular at all, but his lack of fat accents the muscle he does have. He wears two molecrab pauldrons over his subdued black robes, flanking his visage majestically.

    History~ Publumwe was born on Summerset Isle to an old family, but was taken to Vvardenfell as a babe when his parents traveled there for a research project. He grew up almost exclusively in Telvanni territory; Zafirbel Bay, the Grazelands, Azura's Coast, Sheogorad, and mainland Telvanni lands. He joined House Telvanni at the very youthful age of fifteen, when his parents finished their research and returned to Summerset Isle. He loved Vvardenfell and the Telvanni, so he stayed on his own. He never pursued much power in the House, instead exploring the land and pursuing his own projects, in the subject of magic, mainly.

    Personality~ Publumwe is happiest alone. He can be talkative and pleasant when around others, but only around those that he knows and loves. He dislikes crowds, preferring to get to know people individually. Most of the time when around others he is quiet and peripheral. He is very emotionally stable; he has excellent control over himself. He rarely displays what he is feeling. He does not anger easily, but when he does lose his temper it is a dangerous event. Publumwe holds sexual morality in high regard, and immorality in that context is one of the few things that is almost guaranteed to anger him. He is very scientific, and tends to over analyze situations and other people.

    Specialty~ Publumwe's specialties are magic and thinking. Those are his two favorite pastimes, and what he excels at. Both come naturally to him. Publumwe tends to use magic even when it is not necessary, just out of habit.
