If you had to choose one over all others, what'd it be?

I rather like lockpicking, even though, (I think) things can be unlocked with a certain mage spell.

Also: Somebody kind enough to explain this Dual Classing madness to me? I've only ever played PS:T before now, I'm lost and confused.

Lock picking and hide in shadows (can't decide). When you dual-class one character he looses all of his first class abilities until the second class exceeds his first one and after that you can use both. Confusing? Lets put it this way: you have a 5th lvl mage and dual him into a fighter. He becomes a normal fighter until you reach 6th level at which you will again be able to use spells.

Probably lock picking. I actually hardly use the stealth abilities much.

[IMG] Backstabbing. I don't know why but that seems to be the most exciting part of being a theif, and most close to what i do in real life :D

I don't find lockpicking terribly useful. If I want something opened I cast knock. I find stealth to be most useful, as it leads to backstabbing. Find traps is also quite useful, since traps can be deadly. Pick pockets isn't worth the investment, given that it yeilds nothing that cannot be acquired otherwise (unless you want drizzt's scimitars but don't want to fight him).

I think the Disarm Trap and Lock Pick abilities are best, but all abilities are very important.
