Not that I know of. It is a good weapon and you get lots of tatoos from it. I am still carrying it around, and will always do I think.

When you ask Fell about the tattoos on it he will tell you about one of your previous incarnations parties. I forget the specifics but this can lead to you finding out from Dak'kon the name of the blind archer who is

    SPOILER

the zombie on the lowest floor of the Mortuary who says your voice sounds familiar. Once you get his name from Dak'kon you can talk to him about stuff...

Yes, he is a must. Noone can tell you about the name except Dak'kon.

Clue: go to Fell, ask him things about the arm but let Dak'kon translate.

Damn, now I know why I didn't get his name... I didn't talk about the arm, can you still do that, after you have taken the tatoos from it?

As long as the arm is still in your inventory, you may banter about it.

  8. Hm, i'm pretty sure you can learn the language of Dabus, and I think I have done it before. But can't remember how and when.

Your INT or WIS must be 13 or higher. All you have to do then is to talk to any Dabus on the street and you'll automatically "understand" their speech.
