Need help with POR2 files

    Remove all ads!
    Some files in my CD are corrupt, and
    I keep getting CRC errors when installing them.. I also can't copy them to hard drive and install from there because the installer patch won't recognize it...
    could someone send me these files from the 2nd directory? My shop in Melbourne doesn't support returns.

    Any shop must at least exchange the game for another, even if they don't support returns, when a CD you get has corrupted data on it. Go there and make a fuss. If it's really corrupted it won't install on their computer either (if they want to test it) and they'll have to either give you money back or give you another game.

    believe me, i've tried.
    unfortunately, this shopowner essentially gave me a "screw you and kiss my ass" reply, and short of no longer shopping there and pursuing it in small claims court, there's little i can do....

    frankly i just want to get started on playing the game - so can anyone help?

    Hey.. just got your email about sending the files. I'm *really* sorry about the hassle regarding your inbox.. I'm currently looking for a free provider that can allow me to recieve an email that big. (my POP3 account only accepts about 4MB or so)
