NWN is taking an awfully long time to seat itself on store shelves across the world - is the hype or fad or hipness dying away? The gaming society is slowly forgetting about it, I think, and looking forward to such things as Warcraft 3, Morrowind, and Harry Potter Finally Dies Due To Cruel Torture Because He Isn't Literature - He's Money-Making Scandal. What do you think?

Actually, if anything, I'm seeing the gaming world get more into, as NWN is finally looking to be actually released in the next 4 or 5 months. They've released a heck of a lot of pr over the last few weeks. And we're seeing it promoted in all the gaming mags again.

All true but! Lets face it. They still say that it'll be done when it's done. We could be sitting here waiting for it for a few more years now.

No. WC3 was announced earlier, Morrowind is not a real hype yet, and Haryy Potter? Who cares. NWN is not forgotten at least by the real RPG-fans, for it will be the only D&D-based game, and also the most promissing one (especially the editor of NWN is awesome)
