    Ok, in a nutshell. Buying a laptop for school. I am a student on a limited budget. What exactly should I look for in a laptop and where?

    I guess that if it's for school work only you could get the cheapest of the bunch (might want to look out for something that has MS Office installed).

    If you want to play games on it, maybe take a look at what our laptop pros told me here.

    Get a Dell Inspiron 9100 with the 256 MB Graphics Card, if you can afford it. :D :D :D

    If not, get a 600m, those are pretty good and get the work done. AND they're cheap to boot.
