    don't you realise! It is very good to that and all but if you think about it the npc's are so basic and crappy in bg origional that they can be made yourself at the beginning of the game. That of course is only when you use Gate keeper.

    The NPC's can be created all by yourself in a multiplayer game, however I think that is not necessarry, rhe NPC's aren't that bad in this game. Of course it can be cool to use a random npc but you can also create one by yourself, wich is much cooler.

    I for one personally find this a great idea. Why you ask? Because of problems like the one I had. There was a wretched bug that surfaced in the middle of chapter five in my game, and finally killed it off during the midst of chapter six. Try as I might, I couldn't get the game to play right. So without much to do, I found a multi save game on the net that began at the start of chapter seven. The only problem was that few if any of my NPC's were in his party. Sure I could import my main character, or whatever other created characters I wished, but I couldn't seem to find all the other NPC's around the game as much as I looked. Having the NPC's archived could have saved me alot of problems. Eventually I thought it just wasn't the same, so I just finished the game from the mission pack save and killed Sarevok. A sad end perhaps to eight months of work, but that's the way it goes sometimes. With that archive, though, it would have could have saved my game perhaps.

    It can indeed be a godo idea, however I think you should play with the same party in that occasion, for playing only the end of a game with NPC's and yourself make the game less good, for you aren't involved with the npc's and you don't really know them. You have to play a whole game to get that relation with your partymembers.
