[IMG] What would be your best idea on using extreme power on killing as many monsters as possible in one swoop? ( I know, it's a little sadistic)

Example: Using a web spell on a group of Xzarts and throwing a Fireball in the group.

I picked xzarts because they can be very annoying. It does seem to release tention and add a little humor to the game.

I don't like to do that. I prefer to watch fighters wade through the pack, turning them all into pathetically flopping chunks of meat - um, maybe I should seek professional help.

Heh. What about casting cloudkill (from the only scroll in the game) on 50 evil chickens in a Poeltry Store? :D

[IMG] How about stinking cloud followed up by a dozen or so fireballs and then roughly 1 or 2 magic missile attacks for good measure ... do that at a gnoll stronghold after resting there for a couple of nights ... that should duplicate the gnoll masses to a small army for you to play with! Hmm ... maybe i'm being too suicidal here?

Hmm, try skull trap or glyph of warding. I use them like fireballs, just cast them at the enemy and they will automaticly expode and do a heap of damage, especially at higher levels.

Web spell rules! I took out that mage in the Firewine ruins without taking any damage! I cast invisibility on Imoen, had her move so I could see him, cast web in his general direction, then simply pelted him with arrows till he was dead. This makes any battle easy just have your archers walk around in a circle outside of the area of affect.

Oh yeah, try charming a greater basilisk, it's pretty damn amusing, especially when he can kill that whole evil party on the basilisk map in about 10 seconds.

Great thing about BG1 is that you don't have to worry about magic resistance or spell protections, so pretty much anything works.
