    Well, i've got a LOT of money to spend on a new graphics card, and i'm looking to you guys for advice and recommendations. Off you go :)

    Edit: I'm looking at a Radeon X1800 GTO. Any opinions on it?

    Hmm... My budget isn't limitless, and this looks like a good card for the cash. That, or I go all out and pick up an X1900XT... Decisions, decisions...

    Don't waste your money on the x1900XT, the x1800XL BTA linked to is just fine for the price, and will be a very good card for some time. My buddy recently got an x1800XL, and while I watched him play Far Cry, I noticed that the game ran superbly, and looked great doing it. :thumb:

    If you want to "go all out" on a x1900XT, wait for the price to drop a bit. :rolling:

    Actually the price of Graphic Cards haven't dropped much since I purchased mine back in November. My graphic card is still worth over $100 and I paid $125. That to me isn't that bad. Some cards are actually the same price they were back in November 2005. If you purchase a grahpic card all you really need is one that has pixel shader 3.0. If you want to spend the money for a higher end card I would go for it but it isn't needed for most games.
