I use paypal for my business. We send out customers a paypal invoice and they send us the money. Simple, right?
So, my mother phoned tonight and said that she had tried to withdraw a payment to our bank account. She said that the payment hadn't seemed to go through. I logged on to the account and said that the last payment into it had been from a customer called KD (not using full names) and had been approx £12. The payment mum was trying to withdraw was from customer FJ and was for approx £16.
Mum couldn't see the payment from KD and I couldn't see the payment from FJ and it's not on either on our histories. We're both using the same log-in details and only ever log in one at a time so does anyone have any idea what the hecky-mick is going on?

PayPal's customer service is probably your best bet to get a definitive answer on this...

I wouldn't recommend you to use Paypal for your business since it has the right to lock your account down and take all your money if it suspects you of anything fishy. I've heard plenty horror stories (small list that I quickly gathered). I even read a blogpost by a software company that had their accounts raided *four* times by Paypal, which they couldn't stop using because their customers demanded Paypal. I can't find that link now.

That's the problem we have. Our customers want paypal as we're mainly internet based.
I'll get onto their customer service this afternoon. Just thought I'd check incase it was just me being stupid!

Sorted it! My idiot mother had signed in with her personal email and hadn't realised.
