    got it

Well, i decided to give it a go.
    It is actually really good.
Certain things are quite stupid though with regards to mechanics.
For example, the way to win the game with any character is the same - bring enough med kits to stay alive - healing is instant and absolutely necessary for survival of almost all encounters.

Atmosphere and questing is interesting and done well, but there are not many choices for most quests - it is often a decision of doing the quest or not, with a few exceptions. So replayability is small; it is also a bit linear in that to unlock new areas you need to do every map of the current main quest.

All in all, i would say it is a far better done game than eschalon book 1 or 2, but not as good as the classics like fallout 2 or bg2 etc.
