I usually go to sleep on my right side, but usually wake up on my back. Occasionally I wake up with the blanket wrapped around me like a toga and my head inside the pillowcase.
True story.

 

Does on my front mean face down? If so...then yeah, I sleep like that...

 

Combination of left side and right side as I turn during the night.

 

I can't get to sleep unless I am on my right side. But then, once asleep, I adopt all sorts of wierd positions, usually ending up with my duvet on the floor. Which is the reason why I don't go to bed naked.

 

Not sure. I never remember falling asleep and it's surely not the same position I wake up in. I guess being on my left side is a good one, with my head in my folded arms, because I don't remember further wiggling, so I probably fall asleep at that point. I can fall asleep on my back, too, but not really on my belly, no. And not really the right side unless I'm sleeping somewhere else and bed direction is different.

 

Right side of the bed only (as you stand at the foot of the bed). Then I always start on my left side with arm under pillow which is under head, and body pillow between my legs. Almost exactly fifteen minutes later, I wake up and roll to my right side, same position. After that, it is a free for all and I wake up in all positions. Sleeping with clothes on really sucks.

Yes, I know, I'm weird!

 

To start: left side, roll to right, then to back and lastly left. I wake up on my back with my left hand and forearm under my bum.

 

Usually fall asleep on my right on the right and wake up all on the left

Either side. Preferable on the left so I can hold my wife.

I don't get much sleep on my back because I start to snore and get assaulted.

 

I move and roll so much it's a wonder I don't fall out of bed more often than I do...

 

I voted for my right side. Sure, I usually end up rolling back and forth from right to left, but I always seem to end up starting with the right side.

 

Curled up in a cute, furry little ball.
(And all of the above. I'll sleep any which way depending on which muscles are sore.)

 

Go to sleep on my back, wake up differently everyday. Usually when I wake up my pillow has moved and sometimes my blanket is nowhere to be found.

 

Didn't vote in the poll, but usually on my back or right side of my body... but lots of monkeying about before I go, usually.

 

If I sleep on my sides, I crush my arms and they get numb after a while. So I sleep on my back... with blanket curled under my head, and maybe my arm under there too... unless that makes my arm numb too.

 

I'm not sure what position I'm in when I finally get to sleep. I also wouldn't be surprised if I change positions in the middle of the night because of my Tourette Syndrome...
