I voted longswords, they rule after all...

 

Crushing with the great two-handed sword is way cooler than anything else.

Standard long bow.

Throwing axes are quite cool too. Only shame that there's only one good (Azuredge).

The Katana is a very cool weapon. So is the Two Handed Sword. I voted for darts and long bows. The long bow rules all in ranged combat, and I like darts because you can fire off 3 in a round -- great for spell disruption, and you can use a shield, too!

Azuredge is not the only choice for throwing axes, which are the best choice for Dwarven fighters. What about K'Lorgath?

 

I strongly believe that the katana and the compositive longbow is the most usefull weapons but i use two swords so and the long sword has its uses. Also the flail of the ages is the coolest blunt weapon I' ve seen so far.

The coolest ranged weapon is longbow, although I use them seldom.

 

Katanas and Halberds... Although they are quite different... And dunno if there are good Halberds later in the game...

In my opinion Katanas are a bit overestimated. Ok. They do a lot of damage, and Celestial Fury is quite cool, but later in the game +3 weapons are to weak for the most opponents.
Best weapons in the game are Carsomyr, Black Razor and Crom Faeyr. Throwing axes are very nice, I simply like them, especially K'logorath and they make more damage then bows.

 

Bang - This wasn't the best wpns, it was the 'coolest', and that's just a personal taste ppl got.

I go for Short Swords and Scimitars whenever I can. Short Bows too, Gesen is nice, and the bow from that Beastmaster during the Slaver mission. Can't remember the name.

The short bow from the beastmaster = Tuigan's Bow.
That one is quite nice, and cOOL.

It might be just me, but I think that longsword/bow is a cool combo
PS: I'm no elven fan at all. Humans rule!

 

Longsword. Katanas are more powerful, but it's harder and longer to find big 'pluses'.

 

Warhammers rock! I'm surprised just me and one other person said them. Are you telling me you don't like crushing peoples' skulls?

 

And you are going to say you don't like opening their throats?
