[IMG] First off, yes I have read the available posts over, unfortunately it did not get me anywhere..perhaps this is a bug. The problem I am having is this: I entered the level, walked around the perimeter, watched the priest immolate himself after spouting something about destroying an alliance between the yuan-ti and those fire folks. Then I repaired the bridge with 4 ropes, then I hitched a ride with charon and talked to that salamander ambassador, visited all the sights, the embassy, field of battles etc, talked to the beholder, did not tell me much...killed the beholder..I can exit the level back to lev 3 but there is no time spell loop, nor do I get the option to prevent anyone from casting it...basically once the beholder is dead..that's it, level empty except for the ambassador...any suggestions?

The exit you want is the one to the Fields of Slaughter, not the one back to level 3 of the Dragon's Eye. The Fields exit is on the patch of land below where the Beholder is. The Archon should be able to take you there.

[IMG] I must say I had found this level to be even more frustrating than the woods...if that's possible. I had managed to go back in tome twice...I had spoken to the king of fire and everyone else I could except I can't get the cutscene started. the king keeps telling me to go to the ampitheater so the firewalkers can put a play for me...except when I go there and talk to them all they talk about is the trial. I spent a ton of money running back and forth between all the sections and talking to everyone over and over, but nothing...I think I'll return the game and chalk it up to bad experience...lol.

I didn't get the option about the play either at first, I think it's during your third visit in the fourth level that you get to see the play and the giant kills the sorceress whilst in your fourth the time loop happens. Check to see if your pointer changes to that wheel thingy when you point at the fields of slaughter exit, if it does then you can go ahead, otherwise you have to do something else
