[IMG] What do you think of undead slayers? Mine's pretty cool.

Who would you prefer Mazzy or Valygar (dual wielding c'fury and katana +2)

Do you think its worth going for the equalizer?

Who's better, Minsc or Keldorn (Fighter not comedian)?

    Who is Jan's uncle Gerhardt?

    That's all for now.

Oooh, and i heard that Jaheira sees a neacklace or something, and wants you to buy it for her, where is it?

bledking, your post count will be short lived if you do that kind of thing much around here. We also don't like back-to-back posts by the same person. Use the edit feature (the pen and paper icon at the top of your post) instead.

Mazzy is better than Valgar here innate abilities are useful and she's great with ranged weapons. Although Valygar would be better with CF given his love for Katanas.

I have both Minsc and Keldorn in my party at the mo'. Minsc is pretty much indesensible the hardest NPC to drop you'll find. But Keldorn's dispel magic is awesome. A tough one to call... but Keldorn will leave your party at the drop of a hat (things as little as taking Viconica with you or talking to Bhodi).

Mazzy is much better than Valygar, there aren't too many good archers in the game and my main character uses all the katanas anyway :p

Keldorn is much better than Minsc (dispel magic, true sight) and the ability to use holy avenger :)

If you're tough enough to take on the Illithids, you don't need the equaliser, if you're not you won't get it...

Jan's uncle is the chap in the turnip cellar if I'm not wrong.

And the necklace Jaheira wants is in the docks area, the fat merchant outside the temple has it. (Don't take my word for this, as I haven't tried it myself.)

I've tried it. It's not so much that she wants you to buy it for her, when you walk close to the merchant, he'll call out to you. He says that he'll sell you the necklace, and Jaheira wants you to, but she'll say something along the lines of, "Oh, that's okay, you don't HAVE to buy it for me."

Every male who has every taken a girl out on a date (real life, not cyber-babes) knows what this phrase translates into: "If you really love me, you'll get it for me."

    Never tried an Undead Slayer...

Mazzy, with the Bow of Gesen...

No ~>you have good enough weapons by the time the Equalizer's put back together...

    Keldorn...

He's the gnome in Jan's basement...

Here's another question: does wearing Boots of Speed give any extra attacks?

The equalizer can be a good weapon, you just need to switch to it, when you're fighting those really chaotic guys.

I'm not sure who that is though, but I think they would someone like deamons, undead and drow (if you wish to return and wipe out ust natha).

I have a question about the Bow of Gesen. I gave it to Imoen, but her RoF is really really slow. Compared to other bows she fires very slowly.

Actually I think that she may have been using a sling, but she was not using the Bow of Tuigan (I know that fires 3 times as fast). Regardless, she takes about 4-6 seconds between firing. I don't think that is normal. Help?

That may be a bug. Tuigan is spd 5, and Gessen is spd 4.

On the other hand, firing animation is not real measure for bow speed, so switch on dice, you'll see what bow fires faster.

And last but not least, do you use ordinary arrows for Gessen, or you use it's ability to fire arrows from nowhere?

I believe the I'm firing arrows created from nothingness by the bow. Sorta lightning bolt (Zeus style) things.

I wasn't probably clear then, go in Options screen and in Gameplay/Feedback turn on To Hit Rolls - you should see now how is bow really aplied.
