Rulebook in the UK version

    [​IMG] I understand that the rulebook in the US version is 200+ pages and probably not a small thing.
    The UK version (which we in Sweden will likely get) will come in a dvd case and so my question is this:
    Will there be a printed rulebook or will it come in pdf-file format only?

    Just to clarify - in the US at the moment there are two box versions - a large one and a smaller one. Both boxes containt exactly the same (minus a lot of air in the smaller one ;)). The UK box may or may not be the same as this US smaller box, but it is though that they are not the same, but I would imagine that there will be a manual with it. Why go to the effort of giving manuals only to the American's?

    [​IMG] From what I heard there will be no printed manual in the UK version at all. The manual is on the CDs anyway, in pdf... Europe gets screwed again, as usual.

    [​IMG] I'm not going to buy NWN unless it comes with a printed rulebook. I've asked someone I know in the US if she could buy and send me a copy in case we europeans get screwed over.

    That was by a UK user on the official forums. Looks like at least the UK aren't getting screwed over with this manual issue :).

    I heard the same, the map is not cloth but paper... and the manual is a bit BG2 style.... but then much larger.... For exactly the same content as the U.S. version, wait for the Collectors Edition that will come a while later.

    As for the cloth map, I'm quite happy to get a glossy paper version instead.
