Software to manage purchasings

    [​IMG] Hello guys.
    I'm looking for a program for purchasing management; I don't know how to search exactly what I need so I give some ideas of what I want: is something like a data base, I work in a clothes store so I need to put, for example, name and kind of clothes, colour and things like that with their codes; for example, I buy some stuff so I want something where I can put name of the client, number of order, and as I work with clothes, I need to put name of the clothe, kind, colour, etc.; is kind of difficult to explain it because I don't know much english...
    The main data base is in my boss's office, so everytime I get some purchasings, I have to type everything in some Excel file I got so then I can take it to my boss but always I have to do the same job over and over so I want a program that can store names of my clients, codes for clothes and all of that so I just can add numbers.
    I explained the best I could, so, I will thank a lot if any of you can provide me with any idea.

    Well, MSOffice couldn't, too much work to do; anyway, yesterday boss sent me a computer guy who will do a program according to my needs.
