[IMG] Can you dual an assassin to a fighter?

If so what would be the best level for doing this?

What do you think about trying this class out on a solo run?

Yes, you can dual an assassin to a fighter.

Don't know, it's up to you, really, though I suppose you want a good backstab multiplier... ;)

Solo? It might be very hard when you're a low level fighter and can't use your thief abilities. But it's of course your choice.

What level would you reccomend switching over?

If I were to use Shadowkeeper, could I start as a fighter and dual to an assassin? I know its impossible to dual to a kit in the game but what about with a few selective edits?

Just go for Fair Play and level up at the right moment. I think you can better wait for Ragusa, he is master and knows all about thiefs :)

[IMG] Rouges (Theives and Bards) level up extreamly fast compared to other classes.
You will probably be between level 9 and 12 when you exit Irenicus's Dungeon.
This brings up a slight problem. For your theif kit to become active after you have duel classed, your fighter needs to be 1 level higher than the theif, and as fighters level up slower than theives this would be a long haul. While backstab is important I wouldn't class it as the most important thing, as a fighter you will do huge amounts of damage anyway so it becomes a secondary concern to actualy reactivating you thief. You also wnat to make sure you have enough points in all vital skill areas.
    That would be in order
    • Hide in Shadows
    • Find Traps
    • Move Silent
    • Open Locks
    • Set Traps (if your going to use them)
    • Detect Illusion
    • Pick pockets

I would try for 100 in the first then moving down the list knock a few points off. I personaly wouldn't go above level 11-13 before duel-classing.

    Hope it helps

Why don't you tell it like it really is?
