I wasnt able to find the move speed modifier in NI or information about this in the manual but:

Do haste, Dash, boots of speed, barbarian and monk innate speed all stack?
with some testing it looks like they dont stack- haste will override anything else but this was done just with eyeballing so its certainly not accurate.

Based on how pretty much anything else is not stackable in this game, I'd hazard a guess that speed bonuses aren't either. UNLESS they have several categories of it. Otherwise, what would be the point of picking the feat Dash for a Monk or a Barbarian?

For HOF play, I often find that the amount of time I can keep Mass Haste going without rest rather nicely coincides with the amount of time it takes to complete one set of areas/quests, so none of the speed boosts really matter anymore. That's why I prefer other types of boots.

With some more playtesting it seems that at the very least- boots of speed and dash will stack on each other as well as haste but with vastly diminishing returns

dash vs dash is very noticeable but
haste+ boots of speed vs haste is slightly noticeable
dash + haste + boots of speed vs haste + boots of speed is nearly identical

i would image then monk and barbarian speed on top of this would also be unoticeable.

i was hoping dash would have been a 1.15 multiplier but there is some sort of levelingling forumla that makes the effect nearly worthless. i was always dissapointed with how worthless some of the feats were in 3.5e and this adds another to the list.

IIRC, boots and dash will actually overwrite Monk speed bonus, slowing him down.
