Stalker turning evil but not falling?

    Quite interesting I think.
    I was in Hell and leveled up a stalker to make him 13th level and dual-led him to a cleric to see how it might work. So I go to the test with Sarevok and make myself rage at him. I then go to the door and turn neutral evil but I DON'T become "fallen" for some reason.
    Don't know if anyone has ever done this and or posted it on here but I thought maybe some of you might like to know :)

    I have had a R/C multi class also become neutral evil without falling. I guess multi- or dual-classes are not vulnerable to becoming fallen.

    In some versions of the game multiclasses can't fall.
