Strange problem starting the game

    Remove all ads!
    I have the same 3 CDs that used to work, but now they don't. The game installs normally. It also starts the game properly with the right CD in the drive. But when I create a character and click start, it asks me CD2 and won't go further. But CD2 is already in the drive.

    Cleaning the CDs, reinstalling over and over, doesn't help.

    What could I do to make it work?

    All I can suggest is that you visit Gamecopyworld or Megagames to see if they have a crack for your version.

    If you have Ahdead's Nero Burner, try creating an image file of the CD, then load it in ImageDrive and see if the game manages to read the image properly. It could be your drive is having trouble reading the CD properly.

    This happened to me once, my copy of HOW is corrupted, I solved it by getting another copy though.
