[IMG] While eating a hamburger that I was enjoying far more than I should have I had a thought. Inspired by the recent threads about weight and eating I decided to throw this one together.

So people, what did you eat yesterday? Are you proud of what you ate? Are you ashamed? Do you even care? Why did you pick that meal? Did you enjoy it?

    I'll get the ball rolling.

Yesterday I had for breakfast: a bowl of weet-bix cerel with milk and sugar.
Lunch: Chicken brest with satay sauce and rice.
Dinner: Cheeseburger and spicy wedges from Roger's Takeaways (not a NZ chain, just your local food store - damn good food though).

I'm proud of everything apart from the wedges. Weet-bix is the 'cerel of the All Blacks' or something, not too tasty but filling and very good for you. Chicken breast with satay and rice? Tasted great and as far as I know there isn't exactly anything wrong with either. I saw the hamburger prepared and I must admit that Roger is a damn good cook. He made the patty in front of me out of mince, used no oil on his grill and used grated cheese. The burger also had fresh lettuce and tomato. It was 'very' good.

Yesterday I ate noodles with shrimps, bread with cheese, meat, tomato, and salad. Flushed down with milk and juice. Then two bars of chocolate and in the evening a cup of cocoa. All those scattered through the day. Hopefully this gets my weight up at least one or two kilos.

The only thing that I seriously regret eating is chocolade, still. Really have to stay out of that stuff. :(

Seems quite a few people are simply missing meals altogether. Not to mention the 'standard' fare that you would have for meals is all over the place. Will we be having a roast meal for breakfast one day?
