    I'm looking to start another run-through, but forgot who all the short NPC's are.

    I think I'll be going as a either a dwarf fighter or halfling rogue.

    Off the top of my head I can remember:

    Korgan
    Mazzy
    Jan Jansen

    That leaves two slots open for my group, assuming I go with more than a party of 4. Are there even more shorties?

    Not a very commonly used mod/hack that one, but yes that is another short NPC. You don't get much shorter than Boo.
