    [IMG] Where in Chicago are you from? I lived there for seven years in Licoln Park.

    I'm not Wingfoot, but I lived in Ukrainian Village (Chicago & Damen) for 1 year, and then my wife & I moved to North Halsted (very interesting neighborhood!)

    We're looking to move into Lincoln Park or Old Town early next year.

    [IMG] Yeah, N Halsted is, uh, interesting, but hey, if you're where I think you are then at least its safe! The last time I was up in Chicago, I saw so many changes. Even in N Lincoln Park, where I lived, buildings were coming down and condos were going up. I don't think right now I could afford Chicago. Out West, like by North, Milwaukee and Damen, there's so many new restaraunts and so on. I miss Chicago sometimes.

    i lived in rogers park for awhile. but its changed quite a bit in the last few years so i headed up to Evanston. now i'm looking for a place in the city, maybe the gold coast or hopefuly old town.

    I'm not too far from you guys. I live about 45 minutes north of Milwaukee, though I grew up in a suburb just south of Milwaukee. Any of you know where Cudahy or Oak Creek are?

    I'm at least close enough to have gone to the Chicago Art Museum on school fieldtrips. Whatever that's worth...

    I am not from Chicago but I have a question. Do any of you guys that live close to each other ever meet in personal? Or do you feel it's better to talk to 'Kobold Aiders' and 'Shadow Eliminators' instead? Just wondering :).

    [IMG] Unforunately, I am pretty much by myself in my region. If I lived in Chicago still, I would certainly be interested in meeting up with people to talk about games, etc. None of my friends play these games.

    Stargazer;

    I'm not sure what meeting "face to face" would be like. There are so many horror stories about scams and such. I know that Orcist posted a "Mr. Teen Universe" picture about a month ago, but he really could be a 42 year old woman ! (j/k)

    If he was Mr. Teen Universe, then he'd definitely stay away from N. Halsted, :eek: whereas a 42 year old mamma would be very, very safe! :D

    [IMG] Hey now, watch it mister! Actually, when I used to live in Chicago-that was when I competed, I was pursued by a lot of N Halsted denizens. Didn't enjoy it too much.
