Uh...just go ahead and buy Torment now. You should then probably wait until early next year to get Neverwinter Nights.

[IMG] C'mon, look at what everyone has said on the board! No contest- buy Torment.

The main thing I found attractive about the game (apart form the awesome storyline and excellent visuals) was the freedom of wandering around Sigil, killing who you wanted, choosing who to rob or mug.
Even though the game is linear in the most part the replayability is massive- playing again just to see what would have happened if I'd said different things etc!

Can't you just tell I liked playing Chaotic Evil much more than any other alignment :)

Hmmm... I must admit that I haven't tried to go through the game as evil. Perhaps I should give it a shot? Will all NPC:s still join you even if you're evil?

They all join. Planescape:Torment is not BG. All NPCs have some connection that "forces" them to be at your side no matter your alignment.
Hmmm, except maybe Grace... But then, dialogs with Grace seem somehow unfinished, so... Use imagination!
