[IMG] Does anyone know where I could find a mod/patch that lets me play as a Sorcerer/Mage multiclass? I don't recall seeing one on TeamBG, and I'm fairly sure there isn't one here on SP. I'm looking to take advantage of the knowledge of several spells along with the Sorcerer's ability to cast huge amounts of them.

An unbugged version would be preferable.

    Thanks for the help!

i'm pretty sure you can't do that with shadowkeeper and doubt you'll find anything else that'll let you do it. (then again what do i know :))

anyways the char would be way too powerful to enjoy methinks.

    PS: make a sorcerer/invoker while you're at it :p

Soon as I get something to start it up, I'll try to make a Sorcerer with all the mage kits--all separate, of course. I think that a Sorcerer/Necromancer would be pretty dang good, esp. with Finger of Death... ;)

No, it's for powergamers. And besides, putting every spell in your spell list with SK won't do anything for you, since it'll say that your spellbook is bugged. (I think)

If nobody can find a Sorcerer/Mage multiclass, could you find a Sorcerer/Fighter dual or multi? Thanks. Help is appreciated.

It's a shame, but shadowkeeper won't let you make a dual classed or multi classed sorcerer/anything. It only lets you mix and match allowabe multiclasses(kits included), and a sorcerer isn't part of any of them. I was hoping to make a multiclass wizardslayer/sorcerer, but it was to no avail.

Probably, but then I've never played just a sorcerer before, so I couldn't judge. I just thought it would be interesting to mix it with the wizard slayer kit.

Eh, thanks for the help but I was kind of looking for at least a half-legit way to memorize the spells... :( Oh well...

    Hey,

Why delude yourself that there is some legit way or non-legit way to play thins game. I think everyone should play through the game in single player mode once with nothing other than the manual to help them (you just seem to be able to immerse yourself in the storyline better when you do this). After that, its all fair game. Use SK to tailor the game so that it is fun for you. You want a sorcerer with extra, use SK to give them to him. Hell give him all the spells and 20 castings per level. If you don't wish to slide that far down the slippery slope, then bind yourself to the 3rd edition rules (I can't because I only remember the second edition rules, I guess I grew out of D&D just after 3rd edition came out).

I am currently using SK to change the NPC's classes to tailor them to what I would like to have in a party.
