Upgrading Flail of Ages again

    Do you need to collect the other two heads before you can add them to your already flail of ages +3? Or can you add one now, then one later?

    You can add one now and one later, but you have to add them in the correct order: First Poison, then electricity.

    Are you sure that it must be in order? I've never tried to not upgrade it in order, but why would the game make it that you can't? Just curious...

    I think they figured you would do Watcher's Keep before heading out to tackle the other Bhaalspawn. I don't think it was intentional to upgrade with the poison head first and then the electrical; just the way it ended up being written.
