    I know u can get one from the person who sells spells above the inns in Waukeens promenade.. i got a second one too and I think i bought that from the adventurer's mart.. get both.. also.. i think thats where i got my gem bag....

    There is a guy in waukeens promenade selling stolen stuff - you´ll find him at night at the collumns just beneath the stairs in the south-east corner of the map IIRC. He sells a scrollcase and some nice weapons.

    Another scrollcase can be bought at one of the dealers in trademeet. I have all of them and there I store all the spells to make Imoen a capable mage when I pick her up in spellhold (and get her some xp)

    There's one in waukeens promenade in a small street shop over the mithrest inn (atleast that's what I think it was called) and there's one you can buy from Bernard in the copper coronet
