Where in the slums is TRAVIN Sandiego?

    Can't seem to locate Travin in order to complete the second temple quest. I kept visiting the slums every hour after dark and cant seem to locate him. A hint mentioned that he was in the Northern part of the slums near the exit. The only people in the North are 2 beggers and the fat dude who thinks he owns the P-Sphere.

    Advice?

    If I remember correctly, he isn't exactly next to the northern exit. He should be in the northern street, but nearer the central building block than the the exit, a hooded character.

    This is really weird because he isnt there. I scoured the entire area-even climbed onto the roof of the coronet. Does he appear only at a certain time at night?

    I checked my journal and the quest is definitely there. I wonder if there is a bug that prevented him from appearing.

    never mind -I found him. I happened to be there exactly when the evening cutscene began and there he was. It wasnt completely dark although the light was fading.
    Strangely he was never around when I visited the same area when it was pitch dark.
    Maybe he vanishes after a certain time has elapsed.

    Anyway Quest complete
