Where is the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength?

    I have posted a couple questions previously and always gotten great reponses. thanks to all who read and respond on this board.

    I have one more question. I have been thru the whole game and not been able to make the legendary war hammer ( forgive my spelling again ) Crom Faeyr. I have the hammer of Thunderbolts, Guantlets and Scroll but havent found the girdle to match. Any spoiler for this would be great thanks in advance!

    I haven't played BG2 in a year, so I forgot how to make that one. My advice would be to consuld the Walktrough on this site. It's really good, and, as I recall, one of the chapters of the text details how to make every artifact in the game...

    You can get it in the Kua-Toan area in the underdark when you send a monster to be sacrificed in front of the demogorgon statue. When death knights apear one of them has the girdle on him. Watch out though they level drain and are quite sore in the face :( .

    Getting the girdle is a b*tch! You have to kill the demon knights in the underdark. You go through a door in (I believe) the upper left corner, go across the following room from left to right, cross a trapped bridge-thing, and there is a door. Beyond that is a room with a bunch of statues. Cast a summoning spell in from of the altar, it will immediately die, and you will have to fight 5(?) demon knights. Good Luck. I haven't been able to kill them.

    4 Demon knights, as tough as a dragon battle...
    Sacrifice a summoned creature to the statue, but before make sure you have haste/resist fear and other similiar spells cast.
    They are found on the "Exit from Underdark" area in underdark. (Kuo-Toa area)

    An easy way of killing the demon knights is to summon a few aerial servants cause they do quite a bit of damage and leave the room so you don't get level drain or simply hurt at all.
